Poliphilos

I held you once
When you had told me once
You will soon say goodbye
That you will not be mine
“Don’t count on me
Don’t wait for me to be
there to take care of you
To make your dreams come true"

I won’t catch my next flight
If you change your mind
Please change your mind
I'll drop all and stay the night
If you just change your mind
Please change your mind

I met you once
When I had played the part
When we had gone our ways
When you had had your space
Never wanted this
Just wanted that one kiss
Still counting on you
To make my dreams come true

I won’t catch my next flight
If you change your mind
Please change your mind
I'll drop all and stay the night
If you just change your mind
Please change your mind

I want to be with you always, forever
I want to dance with you until forever
I want to call you my own and not leave
You could be the best thing there can be
I want to be with you always, forever
I want to dance with you until forever
I want to call you my own and not leave
You could be the best thing there can be

I won’t catch my next flight
If you change your mind
Please change your mind
I'll drop all and stay the night
If you just change your mind
Please change your mind
